An expired TLS certificate on the webhook egress pool delayed event delivery for a subset of partners. Certificates were rotated and queued events replayed in order. No events were lost.
Line 4 paused automatically after perception flagged anomalous aggregate movement in the intake buffer. Orchestration resolved the condition by increasing line throughput to clear the buffer. Normal operation resumed; no product loss recorded.
The observer dashboard served stale telemetry to some remote systems observers due to a caching-layer fault. Line operations were unaffected throughout; the fault was limited to the read path.
